This week I slacked off in the working out department. But I ate really well, and drank a lot of water. Ice cold water. Yummy! And Friday night around 10pm I went for a jog. I was dreading it at first cause it was so cold and I was feeling lazy. I did it though! I went for about a mile. Maybe a little less. But I felt GREAT after words. I did it again Saturday night. I even made a route I will continue to do. My goal is to do it every night! I felt so much better after it. It sucks that I have to work out. But a lot of my friends don't. The thing is I wouldn't change it for the world. Cause this is me. The only thing you have to do is get up off the coach and do it. And I did(: I felt fantastic. My goal is to run my whole route without stopping. I will succeed in that goal. And I'm going to run my route every night for now on. And once I run the whole route without stopping and feel accomplished. I will extend my route and work up to that! I got this! I will succeed I just have to believe :D
